That belief took root when I first arrived in Canada from Taiwan over 22 years ago, accompanied by my husband and our four children. Adapting to life in Guelph, we started our journey in a rented downtown house while launching a thriving food venture at the Guelph Farmers’ Market. As ambitious entrepreneurs, we knew that a successful business alone wouldn't ensure our family's financial stability. The dream? Own a home where our roots could grow deep.

Three years of relentless work and savings later, we realized that dream. The day we moved into our first home in Guelph was filled with joy and a profound sense of security. More than just bricks and mortar, our home symbolized belonging and community.
