I've always believed that owning a home is a cornerstone of personal freedom. That belief took root when I first arrived in Canada from Taiwan over 22 years ago, accompanied by my husband and our four children. Adapting to life in Guelph, we started our journey in a rented downtown house while launching a thriving food venture at the Guelph Farmers’ Market. As ambitious entrepreneurs, we knew that a successful business alone wouldn't ensure our family's financial stability. The dream? Own a home where our roots could grow deep.
Three years of relentless work and savings later, we realized that dream. The day we moved into our first home in Guelph was filled with joy and a profound sense of security. More than just bricks and mortar, our home symbolized belonging and community.

Get to know Ethan
Ethan has been an active member of the Guelph community for 18 years, helping his family's business, Feng's Dumplings, at the Guelph Farmers’ Market. Today, he brings that same community focus and dedication to real estate, helping clients navigate major life transitions with confidence and care.
With a degree in Computer Science from the University of Guelph and several years of experience as a software developer at IBM, Ethan brings a strong technical foundation to Feng Wu Real Estate. His background in technology allows him to streamline processes, build intuitive systems, and leverage data to deliver a more organized, efficient, and informed client experience. Whether it’s creating custom marketing workflows, analyzing market trends, or managing the many moving parts of a real estate transaction, Ethan’s tech-forward approach adds clarity and structure every step of the way.
Outside of real estate, Ethan enjoys cycling the roads and trails of Guelph, spending time with family and friends, and capturing the city’s landscapes and architecture with his camera.
